In early 2007, the ministers at my church, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Gainesville FL, asked if I would be interested in performing weddings. They cited my training and work as a Coach, my years of experience in creating worship services in UU congregations, and the Florida law that names church elders as wedding officiates. The moment they asked the question, every part of me said YES!
